Apt is VERY close to Radburn Train station. 5 min walk through private walkway. All furniture in rented room will be removed before move-in. Very busy, clean and courteous. Love baseball, movies & to keep busy. Have a beach house which I'll be in during the fall-early spring. You'll have an empty apartment to yourself most of the time. Usually work 6 days a week from 8am til 6pm but don't get home til around 9 or 10 most nights. 420 friendly (within limits).
