Ian Needs an Apartment

22 years old male Employed full time Personal references available Looking for a semi-temporary living situation. My goal is to have my car fixed and my own apartment within a year, hopefully less. No age or gender preference, and you probably won’t see me much as between my job and my hobbies I stay pretty busy. No kids but I have a cat, she is being cared for by a friend right now but I would like to have her with me as soon as possible and am willing to negotiate terms for that. I don't have very many belongings. I drink very occasionally but consume cannabis regularly. No hard drug use whatsoever and would prefer that anyone I live with also doesn’t. I’m pretty low-key as a person. In my spare time I make lo-fi beats, do photography, and play video games on twitch as a side gig. Former pro chef so I can make really good food for you, and I am certified to administer first aid and CPR to adults, children, and infants, though I hope to never use it. I try my best to be a worthwhile addition to any household.
