Robyn Has a Room

This is a rental room. There will be a blackout curtain from the front door to your bedroom. I will be living in the rest of the apartment with my dogs. The room has all the furniture and bed you’ll need. Must be responsible for cleaning room. Window AC included. TV included and Google chromecast. Muzzvermoo at a Google account virtual communication service, if you’d like to talk. Shared kitchen, bathroom (Share cleaning duties in those areas.) Parking is free all along the street and in visitors (some people even park at the back along the building overnight if need be.) Outdoor pool for the summer months. I have 2 small dogs. They will bark when they hear you until they are more comfortable. They are love bugs. You are welcome here with a dog as well if you have one. As an extra incentive if you need dog sitting, and I’m available, I’ll be happy to help. You are welcome to use all dishes and appliances. Wifi, heat, hot water included. Mail slot on apartment door, don’t have to fetch mail. The building has 2 size storage lockers in the basement if you need one, I can help facilitate that and find out the cost for you. Minimum 6 month commitment. MUST do credit and ID check on website. MUST pay first and last months 20 min walk to subway or bus right nearby. Anything you need in walking distance. We can figure out joint things like cleaning, shared supplies purchasing etc together
