Stu Needs a Condo

Because I'm someone who has a strong moral compass, I do as I say and say as I do. I'm blessed and cursed with not being able to tell a lie, not even little white lies. I wouldn't steal or do harm to even my worst enemies (could be because I have zero enemies... that I know of, lol). But yeah, I'm just a really laid-back and respectful guy who wants to find a living situation that matches my positive energy. If that sounds like ALOT to you lol or possibly the task of matching someone's "positive energy" sounds like a lot of work, just know that all I mean by those words is open communication and to treat me as you'd want to be treated (basic being a good human stuff). Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention, I work a lot, and when I'm not working, I'm spending time with kids. But don't you worry, I actually spend a lot of my time at the mother of my children's place to spend time with my little ones. So most likely, I won't be around too much, and you don't have to worry about my kids disturbing you because it's just easier and a better setup for them and me to spend time with my kiddos at the mother's house, so pretty much, it's like having a part-time roommate. I'll sum this up by leaving you with these last words: in the grand scheme of cohabitation, let's make it into a sitcom rather than a drama. Cheers to good vibes and stress-free living."
