Jesena Has an Apartment

I am on a current lease with someone and it’s up in January. I’m looking for someone to take over her part and renew the lease for another year. The rent is stabilized. When I first moved in two years ago it was $1100, then last year it went up to $1135.75. So I would imagine it only going up to about $1170ish. But that is only a prediction. If you do choose to sign the amount will be disclosed to you prior to signing of course. I do have Wi-Fi, it’s about $44 a month so your share would be about $22. My roommate and I would usually split the utilities, gas and electric, (water is free) and that worked for us. As you can see as well not a lot of counter or cabinet space but I’m willing to look into carts and such to create more room. As you can see from the photos as well that the third bedroom as worked as a “large closet “ space for us that of course you can use as well. Also if you want that room instead of the one my friend was in that can be changed. When we first moved to the apartment, my previous roommate and I considered getting a third roommate, but the apartment is just too small for that. The bathroom and the kitchen could not hold more storage for more than two people. I’m a pretty clean person especially when it comes to shared spaces so would like someone who is the same. I do have a couch but it’s not the comfiest and don’t have a coffee table either but am willing to go half on one with you. Didn’t get much furniture because my future in this apartment has been so uncertain for a while but I am wanting to make this apartment a true living space. Last stop on the Brooklyn Bound 4 train, station is about a 10 minute walk. 15 minutes or so to a A/C station.
