Lexie for short. This was originally a one bedroom apartment that I turned the living room into my bedroom in order to rent out the main bedroom. The lease will be month to month. It's first and last month's rent to move in, ($1,500) and a thirty day notice is required when moving out. The building is located on W 145 between Frederick Douglass and Adam Clayton Boulevards. Four minutes to ABCD trains at 145 and 3 express train at 148. The rental room is located just off the entry hallway, so the kitchen and bathroom separate the two "bedrooms" so you will have plenty of privacy. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stove/oven, and a microwave. The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower. The rental bedroom is unfurnished, and has no closet, but if you prefer I can supply some sort of dresser / wardrobe. The previous tenant painted the walls pitch black, so I'm in the process of painting it white. If you would like, you can paint the walls any color you like. There is an air-conditioning unit that can go in the window, but once it starts being used, I have to raise the rent by $50 because they are so expensive to run. Other than that, I will pay all the utilities, including the Wi-Fi, and you will have complete access to dishes and cookware. Alexis is a very sweet cat who loves attention...especially from boys. She just turned four in December, and is spayed, and does her business in the litter box like a good girl.
