Kevin Has a House

Two large private (fully furnished) bedrooms with a separate private bathroom, entrance, and parking. The house has been newly renovated in the last few years with updated bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and wood floors. The shared spaces include the kitchen, first-floor laundry room, living room with smart TV, yard, and separate garage for storage. This private seaside neighborhood provides easy access to public transit (train, bus, ferry), a private beach, and a protected forest with hiking paths. It's within walking distance of downtown Hingham restaurants and shops. Hingham is only 35 minutes from downtown Boston and perfectly positioned to experience the beautiful neighboring towns of Hull, Cohasset, Scituate, and more. The neighborhood is also very social and hosts events throughout the year. My two boys and I live in the house and are with me half the time. We are all easygoing and respectful and keep a clean home.
