Nice bright furnished room on top floor of townhome with private closet and small tv, can potentially fit a studying desk or small dresser if needed. Common are is also bright and spacious and has a nice balcony for warmer days. The house is in a great location near bus stop, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. Parking can be negotiated for a fee, street parking is also available. Looking for a young female student/professional to share my townhome with. I work both from home and the office during the week. I have beautiful fluffy playful cats, enjoy watching movies, baking as well as sports.
