Brittany Needs an Apartment

My name is Brittany, and I'm in search of the perfect spot for my boyfriend and me. We're a quiet, happy couple who are new to the city, looking for something like a basement studio or in law unit. I'm working on my graphic design degree, and he's a musician currently taking a break from performing due to an accident. We're both non-smokers, very clean, and we value privacy as much as we enjoy the occasional chat. While we love socializing, we tend to do it outside of the home, keeping our living space calm and guest-free, with rare visits from my sister. We prefer to rent directly from owners/landlords as opposed to rental companies, and we appreciate the no-fuss approach to renting.
