Maximilius Has an Apartment

t’s a four Bedroom apartment, going for 2300 a months including utilities. I need someone to cover the 1300. I have the two rooms to the back, my roommate is moving into the other two passed the kitchen. Tons of space to use for an office or workroom. It’s just a short walk from the A and C train. There’s also a laundry mat directly downstair, so there’s easy access. There’s also a couple of parks nearby if you need a breath of fresh air. Looking for someone to move in asap.
