I am renting 3 fournished rooms in a shared apartment. One is available from right now, the other two will be available from the end of May. All the rooms look the same and can be rented separately (feel free to contact me if you are interested in only one room, that is not a problem) Contact me to receive pictures or to schedule a visit. The shared spaces: - 2 bathrooms - kitchen and dining room - living room Amenities: - dishwasher - washer and dryer -cable tv -fully equipped kitchen The area: - very close to La Banquise and Park La Fontaine - less than 10 minutes from metro station (Mont Royale) - one minute walk from different bus stations - 2 minutes walk from the closest depanneur (bigger supermarkets available close by) Preferred age: maximum 26 years old (as for real estate agency requirements)
