Kayla Has an Apartment

Hello! I am a 29 year old female currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment in Williamsville. I'm looking for a female roommate because my current roommate is moving out June 1st. -Current lease goes until June. (I require 1st month and security deposit prior to move-in date) -We will split internet and electricity bills in addition to rent (reasonably priced) -Newly renovated, gray and white theme, dishwasher, fridge, and stove included -Bathroom is shared, there are two closets in the main area we share and your own closet for your room. -Locked storage space and laundry (coin-operated) available in basement -Everything is furnished, I do have an extra dresser if you want it; otherwise, they will be sold. -Location is right by Main St. and Wegmans is down the street. -The landlord also requires you to complete their application process. -This is a non-smoking building I'm very friendly and respectful of your space. You can use my couch and TV as you'd like (I have most streaming services haha). We can set up a time for you to take a look at the place! -There is a community center with gym, movie theater, and coffee station -Send me an email or text if you are interested and I'll respond before the end of the day.
