There are walking and biking paths just up the hill. Close to grocery, Wawa, and other conveniences. Minutes away from tax free shopping, University of Delaware or Wilmington. Only 10 - 15 minutes from popular destinations like Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Hagley, Nemours, Riverfront and University of Delaware. there are three bedrooms available (Master bed, Queen bed & extra bedroom for kids). You have full access to kitchen, dining room, living room, office, patio and gym. Long stays are welcome. I live in the home in a separate section so I am always available while you have full access to the house.
