Tastefully appointed w/ mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, pool, outdoor dining & more! __________________ The space Guest apartment with private entrance in our private, 5 acre paradise. It is attached to the main house with a common wall separating it from our home. Clean, tastefully decorated space includes bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and entryway. Large covered pergola and swimming pool are just steps from your guest suite door. Guest access Feel free to take a dip in our pool or use our outdoor dining room - many of our guests enjoy their morning coffee and breakfast there. We have a couple of kayaks and a stand-up paddle board and you are welcome to take them out on our lake - just watch out for the baby alligator we share it with! Don't be scared of him. We'll introduce you. :) Interaction with guests We are available via text or email. You can also just walk over and knock on the main door of the house. When the weather is nice, you can find us at the pool - feel free to sit down with us and have a drink. We are here if you need us, but we also respect your privacy. Other things to note The kitchenette in the room includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee-maker. (Sink in bathroom.) There is an outdoor kitchen available with grill and spacious food preparation area. Use of outdoor kitchen is provided for an additional charge. From the months of June through September we offer this guest suite at a substantially discounted monthly rate. We include use of the outdoor kitchen in the rate for a month or more.
