ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED -Central A/C -Central heating -furnished room (single bed, closet, study chair and table, study lamp, bookshelves) - Internet Access -Laundry area HOUSE RULES: No smoking or drugs allowed in the home, no loud music/noise after 10 PM, and no sleepover guests or guests after 10 PM.
