Carine Has a House for Rent

Hi! My name is Carine, a working professional and I'm the owner of this Cozy 3 bedroom 2.5 Bathroom townhome located in Covington, GA. I rent mostly to Traveling Professionals in my area, like nurses, medical assistants from Piedmont Newton Hospital. My home is about 20 minutes from Stonecrest Mall, and only one exit away from all the nearby shopping centers like Kohls, Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Burlington, AMC theaters, HomeGoods, and many more. There are several local restaurants and well known restaurants, like Long Horns, Red Lobster, Chili's, Applebees, etc. This listing is also on Airbnb. Initially only one room in my home was being rented out with a private bathroom. Now there are two rooms that are rented out separately with a shared bathroom. I only allow one guest per room and no overnight guests of a guest.
