Near freeways, bus stop, centrally located -- HUGE house with 6 beds and 2 bath. SHARED MENS HOUSE with low-key roommates. 1 bedrooms left: Room 1-- multiple level room + loft. Includes office area, stairs, living room and bedroom (shorter ceilings, but someone under 6 ft can easily walk through) $650/month (available aug 1) plus $100 for utilities. Requires first month, last month and a $600 deposit + $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. payment plan ok for last and deposit. If this is still up, it's not officially rented. Please ask questions about property on initial email and let us know if you are no longer interested so we can move to next person on list. No pets. No application fee. Application processed through associated ministries-- if housing with us doesn't work, they can help find another. Background check required. Proof of income and making 2.5x rent amount required, but willing to work with people and am flexible. No drugs, smoking permitted outside only. Main living spaces are furnished, rooms are not.
