The rent is paid by installments, not monthly. Rates are valid from 14 September 2024 until 6 September 2025 but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Minimum stay 4 weeks. Minimum age 18. Stays must begin and end on Saturday or Sunday. A per-person refundable deposit applies. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Change fee for bookings already confirmed, £25 per change. Images are representative. Proof of student status will be required.
