Lookig for roommate! :') Move in Dec 22!

2 Bed 1.5 Bath, 2 stories with bedrooms upstairs. There is sooo much space. Your bedroom would have a view of the backyard and patio. It also has its own AC unit with a remote, ceiling fan, wall-to-wall closet, and huge center window with plenty of light. It's the master bedroom. In-between the bedrooms is the shared bathroom with a tub/shower and plenty of storage. There is a washer/dryer hookup downstairs if you are interested and the place comes with a laundry card and laundry facilities that are only a 4 min walk away. There's lots of parking passes so if you have more than one vehicle you're totally fine to use those and park them in front of the house! Unfortunately no dishwasher and I am really tired of doing other people's dishes so you're going to have to do your own, sorry! Huge living room and two utility closets (one upstairs and bigger one downstairs). There's a basketball court in the green behind the townhouses, and a forest with a small path in it. I have an ESA that is a 9 yr old cat that keeps to himself most of the time (he will ask for attention sometimes but you can ignore him if you don't like cats! he's got personality and a strangely human face.) Will provide non-landlord pics when current roommate moves out :'). Available to move in on Dec 22.
