Nice, cute, clean, safe, bedroom for rent, in a, 2 bedroom apartment. Full house privileges, shared bathroom, with me only. Washer & dryer, in the apartment, central heat and air, dishwasher, garbage disposal. The apartment is situated in a FourPlex, not an apartment complex. This is an upstairs unit. There are concrete stairs, leading up to the apartment. There is no yard, or balcony. Only a small, patio. No smoking cigarettes in the home, but must be 420 friendly, as I smoke 420 in my bedroom, to manage Fibromyalgia pain. Also, I have, three, very clean, very cool, Rescue Cats so you must, love Animals. I am 53 years old, young at heart, and do not look, or act, that age. LoL!
