I am looking for someone to take over my half a lease on an apartment in Miamisburg, OH. The room is available February 1, 2025 - July 26, 2025. The available room is cozy, has great natural lighting via large window, a huge walk-in closet with built-in shelving, and a private ensuite bathroom with tub. Shared spaces include a kitchen with breakfast bar space that connects into an open floor-plan living room/dining area with all furniture and TV provided. The unit has new carpets, washer/dryer, central heat/AC, dishwasher, microwave, and a sink disposal. The living room has sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious balcony with a wooded view. The apartment complex is very safe and conveniently located. No pets currently living in unit, but cats are welcome. Rent includes amenities like Internet/wifi, trash services, 24 hour access to a fully equipped fitness center, beautiful swimming pool, clubhouse, outdoor sports court, bike share, and lakeside deck. Parking is free, close to front door, and easily available. Room rent is $767.50 per month + $735 deposit + half of Electric+Water+Gas bills I am moving out of my room in January 2025. My roommate will be staying in the apartment. She is in her early 20s and is looking for a female roommate in the same age group. Monday-Saturday, she is away at work all day (aprox. 9am-5pm) and some weeknights (9am-10pm), so you will largely have the space to yourself. She is kind and friendly, very tidy, and keeps a clean kitchen. She has a stable income and is always on time with rent.
