Private furnished room with your own bathroom in NW Yonkers

House is across the street from a park, museum, and the Hudson is viewable from the bedroom windows. We're an 8 minute walk from a Metro North stop that gets you into Grand Central in 40 minutes. Don't hesitate to ask for photos if you're interested in seeing the place. The room is on the 3rd floor and gets a ton of light and is furnished with a queen bed, sheets, towels, lamps, space heaters. You would have your own bathroom on that floor and a lot of privacy, as we only occasionally go up to the 3rd floor to work or work out in the small office on that floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a w/d in the basement. All utilities + wifi included in the rent.
