With a separate entrance and full bathroom, this space is ideal for up to 2 guests, with the option to accommodate a third in the same room. Sleeping Arrangements 1 Queen Bed: Comfortably sleeps 2 guests. 1 Sofa Bed: Perfect for an additional guest. Can accommodate 3 adult guests About the Space Our Guest Suite is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring: Private Entrance: Your own access for added privacy. Smart TV: Enjoy local channels or connect your favorite streaming services (no cable). Mini Kitchenette: Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with built-in toaster, small toaster oven, griddle, coffee maker, and sink (no stove). Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and a cozy dining table for two. Extra Touches: Everything you need for a comfortable stay, from fresh linens to a welcoming atmosphere. Please note, our home is a lively one with three children, so you may occasionally hear some light noise. The suite is adjacent to our kitchen, separated by a door we do not use during your stay to ensure your privacy. Nearby Attractions: 15 minutes to Jones Beach and other South Shore beaches. 15–20 minutes to Nassau Coliseum and Roosevelt Field Mall. 10 minutes to Sands Mall, Oceanside. 5-minute drive to the Nautical Mile in Freeport. 12-minute drive to Long Beach. 1-hour drive to the Hamptons, North Fork Wine Country, or Tanger Outlets.
