Bedrooms have smart locks with personalized codes, a full size bed, a mini fridge (7.5 or 3.2 cu. ft. in most), nightstand with charging station, work desk with chair and most rooms have oversized closets for extra storage space, and a washer & dryer in the house for convenience. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop and microwave, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. This home has plenty of parking spaces and is walking distance (2 blocks) from almost everything you need for comfortable daily living. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to Frys grocery store, fast food, shopping centers, busses and close to the I-17 highway. Professionally managed, monthly cleaning of the common areas, bathrooms and landscaping upkeep. Bed linens are not provided so please bring your own. Only one occupant allowed per room.
