this is a lovely little apartment above a hair salon at college & spadina. great location, walking distance to u of t, easy access to both spadina and college streetcars (college at augusta streetcar stop is right out front of the building!), 15 min. walk to queen’s park subway station for line 1. the apartment has two bedrooms, the one pictured is the one for rent, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large deck. rent is $892/month + utilities (avg. $50-80/month). wifi is included in the utility pricing. this apartment is a great deal for the location. My is name Mars (they/she). I am 21 y/o and a student at OCAD. I have 2 cats, one named spooky and one named pugsley. I would prefer no additional pets and a female/nb roommate. looking for someone who is a student/student-aged, clean, chill, quiet, and good with cats.
