Juan Has a House for Rent

Very quiet, love to hit the gym and hit the bike trails. I cook every day, and it is very important to live in a well organized household. I am an architect and design and build landscapes. I have my office at home, and when I am not on the computer, I am at a job site. I am a vegetarian and do enjoy cooking. The community that I live in is well kept and everything is well organized and clean. There is lots of stuff to do if you like sports or just hit the pool. I don't drink or smoke, and this is something that I do take seriously for health is number one.
