Kerrie Has a House for Rent

My home is nestled in a clean, quiet and quaint neighborhood near lush trees and a walking trail. It is tucked away on the outskirts of Charlotte, but still only 30 minutes from all the restaurants and festivities in the city. I have a single bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-full bath 1400 sq. foot townhome. There is a private bathroom, WIFI, kitchen access and laundry privileges available. About me - I am an empty-nester in my late 40's that works from home. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker with a love for the arts, nature and health/fitness. I have a calm demeanor and love riding my bike, reading, taking walks in nature, poetry and R&B music. I'm laid back, easy going and interested in good vibes only.
