Cullen Has a House for Rent

Some highlights of the room and property are listed below. Please note that some of these items may be negotiable, or may have alternate arrangements that may be made. Contact me with any questions or concerns, I'm sure we can work something out. The location, near Citrus and Olive, provides easy access to the 303 freeway. The room shares a hallway with your private bathroom and a vacant room at the other end. Includes access to your own dedicated, private, secured network for high-speed wireless internet access. Hardwired connections can be arranged. The room is on the opposite end of the house from the other occupied room, providing added privacy. Garage parking is not currently available but may be arranged after move-in. Includes access to common areas (living room, kitchen, dinning area, laundry) which have common/standard appliances available to use. There are two indoor cats in the house. To keep rent low and consistent, the renter must agree to adhere to restrictions on air conditioning and major appliance usage, especially during peak hours. Don't worry, you won't be uncomfortably hot. We just can't have it at 70 degrees in here all day. The room includes a ceiling fan and (optionally) a tower fan to help keep cool. The window has blackout curtains to limit outside heat. No smoking of any kind indoors. Vaping in the room is fine. There is no storage available. Anything you bring will need to go in the room. The room is not furnished. Options exist to have furniture included, please reach out for details.
