I have two bedrooms available in my home, located in the beautiful and quiet Reservoir Hill community in West Baltimore. Room 1 – $750/month: Spacious front room with two large windows for great natural light, window A/C unit, queen-size bed, smart TV, closet, and additional standing wardrobe. Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished at the same price. Room 2 – $600/month: Cozy, smaller room. Unfurnished, but I can provide a twin-size bed if needed. Location Highlights: • Near Micah University, University of Maryland, Druid Hill Park, and the Arboretum • Easy access to Route 83, Penn Station, and public transit • Walking distance to MOM’s Organic Market I have my own bathroom the other bathroom will be shared between roommates. I’m not sure if I will rent both rooms at the same time so it very likely that you will have a private bathroom.
