Lease options: 1 year- $550/ mo, at least 4 months-$600/ mo, month to month- $650/mo Utilities, lawn maintenance & internet included. Bedroom unfurnished (option to have it furnished upon request). Shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. Shared living room, kitchen, laundry. AC available. 2 fridges. Located near No Frills, YMCA and other ammenities. 3 minute walk to a bus stop. Background check requirements: 2 previous landlord references and a proof of income (e.g. paystub x 3 months, bank statement x 3 months or employment letter). Damage deposit of 1 month's rent is required prior to move in.
