Rena Has a House for Rent

We are a conscientious trusting friendly family that loves to learn about people and cultures. We've taken an interest in hosting students to connect with people, we have many friends that are host families and have loved their experience! We have a very comfortable relaxed family atmosphere, we are helpful and hands on. We have a very open house. My house is your house! I work for an Off Road Race team and travel the west coast and Baja Mexico racing. My wife Rena is retired from publishing and stays home doing her hobbies of Photography and being a Stamping Up Demonstrator (card making). We have two adult children and one granddaughter. We also have a granddoggie, who visits and stays on occasion. We love having family parties and gathering around our beautiful pool with food and Karaoke music. We have parking in front of our house, if you have a car. Rules of our home: Be kind and courteous, guests are responsible for cleaning your room and bathroom. Guest are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the laundry room, bathroom, dinning room etc. We will supply laundry soap, softener and hand soap, toilet paper. A light breakfast, cereal, bagels or muffins and fruit, also coffee and tea will be available. There are no cooking privileges. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from school. Smoking outside only. Full payment is due upon move in day. Thank you!
