This listing is a mid term rental (30 days or longer) on https://homads.com/. 5 bedroom house on Kirkwood. 3 kings bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. A five minute drive to campus and the stadium. Fiber optic internet. Ive had a number of cancellations from guests. Its an old house (120 years), it is in good repair, but has not been remodeled recently. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood and several neighbors keep stuff in front of their houses and garages. Perfectly safe, but a bit rugged.
