Good WiFi throughout with streaming services (tenant provided logins) on all of the TVs. Office space to work and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Two futons in loft area and pull-out couch in the living room for extra guests. Solar screens help insulate and blinds keep the sun out. Bunk beds can be separated for a Queen only configuration prior to arrival if desired. Pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee (max 2). 3- or 4-bedroom option available.
