All of the following are within a short walk: Purdue Ross-Ade Stadium, Mackey Arena, Happy Hollow Park, the West Lafayette Municipal Pool, the West Lafayette public library including Grand View Cottage, restaurants, and coffee shops! A recently finished bike and walking path is just steps away, providing easy and safe connectivity to many, many miles of paths throughout West Lafayette and Lafayette.Youll enjoy entrusting your stay to this private home. Hopefully the home will help you enjoy your stay with all its amenities. Please note this property is a mid-term rental (30+ night bookings only)! This property has not been approved by the City of West Lafayette as a transient guest house. Any inquiries for less than 30 nights will have to be declined. Also the City of West Lafayette has rental housing occupancy limits of either (1) one family and no more than two unrelated guests or (2) no more than three unrelated guests. The City requires submission of an Occupancy Affidavit stating the names and relationships of each guest.
