The unit is thoughtfully laid out with an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room which is great for a small family or small group of friends. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked for your cooking needs. There are TVs with Roku in the living room and bedroom, a DVD player, board games, puzzles, and cards for a fun night indoors. There is a portable AC unit to keep you cool during the summer heat and wall heaters to keep you warm in the winter. There is a quiet private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed for a restful nights sleep. The unit also makes use of the high ceilings with two cozy lofted spaces that can sleep up to 3 (1 Queen mattress, 1 Twin mattress). Please note: the lofts are not suitable for children less than 12Just off the living room is a private balcony with a BBQ. There is also a shared community year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. Please observe all posted signs and rules. Pool and hot tub may be subject to closures for maintenance and safety without advance notice, but we will make every effort to inform you of this.You will have access to the entire home with keyless entry with a unique personalized code.You will also have access to the community seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, and paid laundry facility. Please take extra care of the keys and fob. Lost keys or fob will incur a $200 fee.There is a strict no pet policy for guests.
