Landlords live right next door. Rent includes utilities (with a reasonable cap on electricity and heating oil). There is a standby generator. Landlord runs a part-time auto shop next door, very convenient, get your oil changed on your your day off! Located on 100 acres of woods and miles of well-maintained trails, historic rock walls, and a stream, this rental includes a large yard with a screened gazebo, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Parking is free and off-street. On-site horseback trail riding may be available for extra fee IF guest is a good fit, no charge for horse therapy snuggles!Utilities are included, including internet, heat (with a reasonable cap), electricity (with a reasonable cap), automatic standby generator (with a reasonable cap on the diesel), lawn mowing, and plowing. Optional housekeeping available at $25/hour.One (1) well-behaved dog will be considered, and between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. we are willing to come feed your dog and let it out to relieve itself for a small daily or monthly fee.
