Shari Has a House for Rent

Hello! We are a family of two... I'm a professional writer and graphic designer and my son attends high school and loves to game. We have two cats (one is grey and sweet, the other is black!) and we travel quite a bit. We are located in the Don Mills area between Seneca College – Newnham and the UofT Scarborough campus, with easy access to TTC, shopping, groceries, and many parks and trails. We have converted the top floor of our townhouse into a fully-furnished 1 bedroom suite that includes: queen bed, two dressers, and two closets; 3-piece bathroom with walk-in shower; study/lounge space with a dry kitchenette, perfect for breakfast and lunches ; and a balcony overlooking a park. You will also share the main floor of the house including the kitchen, dining room and living room, plus, outdoor deck, bbq and basement laundry. All utilities, laundry, and high-speed WIFI are included. We are looking for a long-term roommate – 12 months+. Available August 1, 2025, must provide proof of income or letter of guarantee + first and last months rent due with signed agreement.
