Jillian Has a House for Rent

Hello! I'm looking for a clean, chill, cat friendly, lgbtqia+ person to rent out the spare room in a 4 bedroom house in Austell. The room is 10’x10’, unfurnished and does share a bathroom with one other room but you would have access to all other amenities within the house. The house is spacious with a front/back yard, garage, large kitchen, porch and dedicated craft space (the basement also has ample space for storage if you need to store stuff). We are also putting together a garden space and will be happy to let any new roomies use it if they would like. An in-unit washer and dryer is provided as well. There is one more available pet slot on the lease (ESA are not included in that limitation). Although, we do have a preference for cats. Rent is approximately $600 per month (it varies based on utility usage) and includes everything except for wifi (which will be split evenly between all tenants). All other additional costs, such as purchases for the maintenance of the home will also be split accordingly as they arise (will be discussed ahead of time!). I will also note that this house has stairs and is unfortunately not the most accessible if you can not use stairs, very sorry. Smoking/heavy scents (like incense) is also not allowed within the house, occasional candle and Febreze is fine though. I will be screening anyone interested and would like to meet in person in a neutral location before any decisions are made. If you have any questions feel free to message me! *About the current Roommates Hello, I’m Jillian! I am a current KSU grad student getting my degree in Animation. I keep busy and understand the importance of alone time but I also love to chill with others. Definitely a nerd, play numerous videogames and have been watching anime for a long time. When I am home I typically spend my time drawing, playing with my cat, trying not to kill my small garden or playing video games (on a fire emblem kick atm). My cat, Grima, is a little monster but is well behaved where it matters and gets along well with other cats. Kenneth and his fiancé Adam share a room in the house. They are super chill, laid back and cool with pretty much anything so long as there is mutual respect and communication between roomies! They like going to concerts and frequent parks with coffee and bagels. Both very much enjoy art and music (both making and experiencing it) and would be down to incorporate other roomies into some of their outings. Their cat Clementine, is a little orange cutie who loves to play with toys! The last roomie is Beni (who you would be sharing a bathroom with). He is also super chill, clean and has a passion for gardening and terrariums (Has a pet baby boa). Will be attending KSU in the coming semester. Is down to hang everyone and would love to invite any new roomies to join in with our board game nights.
