Space I have 2 fully furnished Queen size bedrooms $1200 <each> a **{month}** available (separately - per - Queen bedroom) for rent in shared home. Both Queen bedrooms have 1-2 night stands, 1x 3 shelf glass storage shelf, 1 chest dresser, 1 full mirror, 1 Smart Google device, 1 nightstand light, 1 bedroom nightlight, 1 laundry basket, hangers, 2 extra bed set beddings, 2 clean towels, a metal mailbox for mail. A blackout curtain & Rod in room, 1 large under bed rug (in each rental room). Property fees Cleaning Fee $100 Deposit (Refundable) $100 Pet Deposit (Refundable) $350.00 I am a nice person I have 3 service dogs & 2 cats. I have a lot of love for animals and I do have pets living in the home they're truly living their best lives. **Property Details** This property is a two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note that there are pets in the home, including 2 cats, 3 dogs, and 3 caged animals. All bedrooms are located upstairs, and there is a shared full-size bathroom available for rental rooms 1-3. A cozy loft area is also situated upstairs for relaxation. Computer desk area for (popup) work space & WiFi only internet access. (No straight internet connection available) Each bedroom will receive a fully made up bed and 2 sets of extra bedding, including pillowcases, sheets, and blankets. each room is equipped with these 2 extra bed sets and 2 clean towels for renters' to use only from owners personal linen property. The shared bathroom for rental rooms 1-3 includes additional washcloths and hand towels for all renters to use. There is a laundry room upstairs; each renter will receive 1 wash day per week and must stick to that wash day. All owners towels, shared bathroom washcloths, and bedding **MUST** be washed on wash day scheduled - every week-. Do not let wet items or bedding begin to smell or cause stains. This wash schedule is to keep things organized and non-chaotic between all people living in the home. please put all toilet seats down, keep all doors closed at all times. Especially Back & front doors so no pets escapes out. This policy is non-negotiable. Renters must pay costs to the property renter/leaser, {Anna}, rent payments are due no later than the 28th of each month {at the end of every month}. This timeline insures on time payments paid, which respect and trust between all parties is key to a successful transaction for renting a persons room in their home. All amenities listed in the rental agreement are included in the rental amount, such as fully furnished rooms, all amenities in the bedrooms as listed, Smart TV (optional), full use of the kitchen and kitchen utensils, utilities include electricity and water. Home WiFi internet access, Additionally, there is access to a community pool which operates during the designated season. and walking sidewalk trails, Renters are limited to one vehicle per rental room and must adhere to this limit, as off-street parking is the only designated parking available for renters. The garage and driveway areas are strictly reserved for the leaser/owner, and blocking the driveway at any time is prohibited. Renters are responsible for not causing any damage to the propertys or vehicles near by or on the rental premises/house or to any neighbors or their property; such actions will not be tolerated. And possible damages could result in criminal charges being pressed. Its important to remain respectful and uphold integrity while renting a room at this property/community area. The home is located in a newly constructed residential community, characterized by a peaceful and respectful neighborhood with many home owners and rental properties within the neighbors surrounding community, which provide a calm living environment. Guests are - **NOT** - allowed over at any time, The renters choosing to rent a room in the property must respect this clause agreement at all times, this includes strictly - **NO** - overnight visitors. As well there will be absolutely - **NO** - drug use or smoking of any kind, including - **NO** - vapes or e-cigarettes at any time, renters should smoke off property if theyre smokers. There is signs stating No smoking inside this home and renters must follow this rule. Please be respectful of these rules at all times. Renters are - **NOT** - allowed to bring pets onto the property (without paying the pet security deposit first), 1 pet per renter would be considered after a successful meet and greet with the owner and pet. ** {please NOTE that all renters must first have a meet and greet} ** interaction with the owner (Anna) to insure safety and well behaved trained pets would be welcomed. There is - **NO** - allowed pet care businesses allowed or to be permitted and conducted inside the property by renters. These rules are in place to maintain the peaceful environment established by the owner and her pets living within the home. All - renters must remove their shoes before entering the premises. Shoe placements should be either inside - by the front door on the shoe rack areas or neatly left outside on the shoe rack near the front door. Dishes - must be placed in the dishwasher when finished unless the dishwasher is full with clean dishes then please put dishes away and then put dirty dishes used inside the dish washer. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and helping out. Noone is above anyone else and this is expected as you agree to live in the owners home. No foods or drinks - other than water are permitted in the upstairs areas. Please keep all dishes, cups, downstairs.
