Caleb Has a Townhouse for Rent

I’m renting out a private room in my stone townhome here in Perkasie—just a few blocks from the center of town and close to local parks and the bike path. The house was built in 1897 and has a lot of character, with vaulted ceilings on the main floor, a front porch, backyard, and a welcoming shared living setup. The room available is on the third floor, with a built-in closet. It’s unfurnished, though a bed frame is available if you’d like to use it. You’d be sharing the home with one other renter (a web designer who works from home). I also have a room there for myself and my son, but we’re rarely present. There’s a full bathroom on the second floor and a half bath downstairs. The kitchen, laundry area, dining room, and living room are all shared spaces. Washer and dryer are on-site, and there’s plenty of street parking. Rent is $900/month, and utilities are split between you and the other renter. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, quiet, and respectful—ideally a working professional. No pets, and we ask for no overnight guests.
