Kris Has a House for Rent

Hi, my name is Kris. I have been hosting international students for many years now. We live in a lovely home and we are conveniently located walking distance to a bus stop, shopping centre and The Southport School. I am a teacher at a nearby school and we love to travel, enjoy the outdoors and catch up with friends in our spare time . We live in a lovely, clean, modern family home with a small front deck/yard where we relax sometimes and watch the sunset over the Surfers Paradise skyline. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Guest Bedroom) with shared bathroom The Guest room is located downstairs and is fairly private. It's furnished, light & airy with plenty of natural sunlight, air conditioning and next to the toilet & bathroom. Capacity: 1 House Rules: Our house rules are easy: - Keep bedroom & bathroom clean & tidy - No eating in bedrooms - Keep noise to a minimum - Always be respectful of each other & space - No friends or additional people allowed to stay. - No pets Amenities: TV, deck, Laundry, Garden, Parking Local Amenities: Gym, Library, Shopping Centres, local bus stop, Griffith university, Hospitals, parks, Golf, Cinema, Restaurants, 7 minute drive to beach, Broadwater, Racecourse, 10 minute drive to access the M1 motorway, 35 minute drive to the Gold Coast airport and 1.15 hour drive to Brisbane airport.
