I live in a modern townhouse in an oldish suburb. It's a quiet place, 2-bedrooms with 1 room available for guests with separate bathroom & toilet. The space is bright and airy with an inner courtyard. Mirrabooka Bus Station is near the Mirrabooka Shopping Centre with cafes, gym & more. Direct bus to City and Transperth Buses #375 & #376 - short walk to home. Visitors to Perth enjoy the Hop-on Hop-off double decker bus tours. Beach short drive to coast, nature walks are not far away. Easy, free street parking. Free wifi. Friendly & independent living. Quiet atmosphere in which to rest. There is 1 friendly house cat. Short stays only - up to 2 weeks at a time. It's requested that you give at least 24 hours notice. Please pay your designated fee on the first day of your stay - cash or transfer is fine! No drugs, smoking or vaping on the property.
