Angelo Has a House for Rent

We have a detached large house with 1 separate room available on the second floor. Our house is located in the Keele and 401 area. We do not smoke and expect the same. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to all amenities; within walking distance to the mall, shops, restaurants, community center, library, bank, grocery stores, and parks. Public TTC transport is in front of our house and goes directly to Wilson station - 15 minute drive. Rooms are bright, clean, spacious, fully furnished with a double bed, night table, desk, chair, lamp, and wardrobe, with unlimited internet. We provide 3 meals/day. We have a cleaning lady that cleans our house every week either on Thursday or Friday, schedule alternates. She has been with us for the past 6 years and has a key to the home. She speaks English – Portuguese background. YOUR ROOM: We respect your privacy and will never enter your room without first knocking. We want you to feel at home in your room – this is your space. If there is anything we have forgotten that will make your stay more comfortable, please talk with us about it. Please keep the room tidy and clean and be prepared to allow the cleaning lady to access your room to clean, dust and make the bed every two weeks with clean sheets. LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located in the second floor. We will be glad to show you how to use the washer and dryer. Please remember to launder your bed sheets, towels and wash cloths regularly. There is a laundry hamper provided inside your closet to place your dirty clothes in. BATHROOM: As a courtesy, please keep the bathroom clean as possible. Plumbing in American homes is very good and you can flush reasonable amounts of toilet paper in the toilet. Too much toilet paper can stop up the toilet and cause costly repairs. It is not necessary to have to put your soiled toilet paper in the trash can. Major cleaning will be done by the cleaning lady every week
