Andrew Has a House for Rent

Hi, I’m Avis, I’m relatively quiet and spend most of my time drawing or watching TV shows. I don’t mind being sociable but I’m fine if you mostly want to keep to yourself. I do have 3 indoor cats, all of which are pretty friendly, vaccinated, neutered, potty trained, and trained to do some tricks. I’m alright with most cage pets or other cats as long as they aren’t aggressive towards my cats. I do occasionally have guests over, usually a few family members or a small handful of friends, maybe twice a month. If you want to have people over, I’m totally fine with it as long as you let me know a couple days beforehand and they aren’t overly loud. I’m okay with vaping and alcohol, weed is cool as long as it’s smoked in the sunroom with the windows open.
