Looking for a compatible ROOMMATE! This is a shared unit and this is a brand new unit and the room I’m renting is impeccable. The pictures of the room are from previous owner it is empty. Everything is new from the appliances to the floors. Great balcony with great views. Great natural sunlight and adjacent to Soundview park. Near a local bus and train and Plenty of parking space both public and private and the building has a laundry room below. Utilities are included as well as wifi internet. The unit is move in ready and I am both 420 and pet friendly. You can be as well but not a must. One month advance is all I request as well as receiving rent the first week of the month, pretty standard stuff. About me: I am very homebody and have a laid backed nature. I'm also a workaholic and work from morning till evening. I like the simple things in life. I am a huge science, video game, music, economics and anime junkie. I’m also gay so you have to be ok with that as well I love animals, plants and I’m very clean. I want a potential roommate that’s hard working might want to have a cold one or spark one with me, optional of course.
