Vanessa Has an Apartment for Rent

Hi, I'm a single Mexican American woman w/ 1 x terrier. Work regular 40 hour week job outside the Apt. Otherwise I'm usually home in my room w/ door closed. Don't cook or really use kitchen or living room. But don't care if you do. Adult child is moving Long Beach starring own life, which I am taking little bit hard. I am nice and can be friendly, but @ the same time I'm not about the bullsh!t. Specially when it comes to where we lay our heads. Doggie most of his day on his window perch in the living room. Don't have to be best friends with whoever I "live with", "lives here" "rents room", "roommate", "tenant" or however you want to call it. But I would like to at least get along. Oh yes ... And I 💜💜💜 to listen to music. The pictures I am including of the empty unit are not of the actual unit, but of another in the bldg with the same layout. Ones w/ furniture are of actual unit. Room is unfurnished, apartment is not. However adult child may or may not take most things when they move, we'll see. Bare minimum we will have stove, fridge & microwave. Room is unfurnished, with carpet & ceiling fan, closet doors are mirrored. I have brand new carpet cleaner for upkeep. Currently has window AC, child will be taking with them, but you can replace w/ your own. Building is "gated" so you either have to have code or key to access and we have a small swimming pool and 3 small laundry rooms on site. There is also a laundry mat within walking distance, along with all kinds of good Vietnamese places to eat. Exactly 1 miles to the El Cajon Blvd Transit Plaza, 3 miles to SDSU, 6 miles to City College, 6 miles Mission Valley Mall,Northgate, El Super, Grocery Outlet , Von's & Food4less all within a 3 mile radius.
