Jenna Has an Apartment for Rent

Hi all! I am looking for someone to takeover my room in our 2Bed/ 1BA Apt In Williamsburg, Brooklyn! I share with my roommate, Katalina. She's 28, works in marketing hybrid schedule, loves reality TV especially love Island. During the week she stays home but weekends enjoys nights out and chill nights in. Building: *RENT STABILIZED*, elevator, located right off Hews J/M stop! Apt: 2 bed, 1 bath with IN UNIT LAUNDRY and dishwasher! Room: Master bedroom with closet! We are looking for: *DO NOT MESSAGE IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS* -Willing to sign a 1 year lease starting 8/1 -Must be able to pay first month rent ($1800) and Security deposit ($1800) up front! -$350 paid to me for the couch and appliances I am leaving that you and Kat will share. -You will need to work with the landlord to sign the new lease and get approved -Female 26 or older -No guarantor needed -No pets (no exceptions for service animals. Strict private building rules and Katalina is very allergic) *I do not have exact measurements of the room and neither does landlord. My room easily fits a Queen bed, large dresser, small dresser. Please do not ask for exact measurements.*
