Rebecca Has an Apartment for Rent

I am a 26-year-old woman who currently works as a program assistant at the Salvation Army! I have a medium-size dog who is hypoallergenic, so allergies shouldn’t be a problem. I am often gone for a lot of the day, because I also tend to DoorDash at night or walk my dog in my free time. I have a boyfriend who also occasionally stays over, but if that makes you uncomfortable, we can talk about boundaries with that. :) I love to play board games, watch movies, read books, and play piano! Renting out a private room in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I also have a sunroom, which is currently set up to be used as a guest bedroom. You’d be free to have guests stay, if you’d like! (Just a note, the previous tenant is currently using the sunroom to store their furniture, but all of that stuff will be out on August 2nd). Your room has a walk-in closet, direct access to the sunroom, a window, and a private bathroom. There’s a dog park, pool, gym, laundry facility, and tennis court on the grounds of the apartment complex. I also have a washer and dryer in unit that you’re welcome to use. I live on the ground floor, so the apartment is also wheelchair accessible. In order to sign onto the lease at my apartment complex, you’ll need to make at least $2500/month on your own. (Allerton Apartments require a combined income of 3.5x the rent, I make half of the required amount). Looking to sign on a tenant as early as July 21st.
