WE live on a quiet road a few minutes away from Manhattan by Ferry. 3BR available with spacious living and dining room, kitchen and a private one and a half bathroom. Additional Service fee and one time Cleaning fee is $ 150 per stay payable upon check in. Available Weekly house keeping as needed or as per request with $75 fee. Otherwise cleaning up after your mess is appreciated. Cleaning supply is available for use. Changing bedsheets linens and extra towels are available upon request with $25 fee. * Internet and WiFi as per request at $ 2 fee daily or for better deal, you can buy a SIM card which is available in the airport or in some store anywhere in the city.
