Dennis Has a House for Rent

Hi there, my name is Dennis Lu, I am an American Born Chinese who used to live in Taiwan, so I can speak fluent Chinese. I am a professional male working in the educational field and going to school at Chabot College right now. The townhouse that my mom and I own have an open room for rent. It is a nice, clean room that overlooks the swimming pool and lets in the sun. Our house is very close to the bus-stop that will take you in one trip to either California State University East Bay (CSUEB) or Chabot College, and we live in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. There is one bathroom with a shared shower upstairs (where both rooms are), and one bathroom downstairs. Washer and Dryer are both on-site, and the kitchen is usually available if you would like to cook. We will be splitting the utilities (electricity/gas and wifi). Since I will be working school hours (7:30-3:30), I may not have the time to pick you up from the airport. But I could if your arrival is outside of that time frame! PS If you are a female renter who is hesitant about sharing a house with a male, I'd like to put your mind at ease and say that I have been roommates with mostly female roommates in my 10+ years in San Francisco without incident. Also, my mom is staying in the room until 8/28 if you would like to get her assurance and contact information. I welcome anyone who will respect the space and personal boundaries. Thank you!
